School Maintenance
Routine maintenance and urgent repairs carried out across classrooms, plumbing, and fencing during the school break to minimise disruption.
Kununurra District High School Repairs
IBAC completed a scheduled maintenance project for Kununurra District High School over the mid-year holidays. The scope of work included repairing leaking taps in multiple classrooms, servicing the student and staff ablution blocks, replacing several broken fencing panels around the oval, and repainting weathered entry gates.
To minimise disruption, all works were scheduled during the school break and completed within a five-day window. IBAC’s team worked closely with the school’s administration team to safely access secure areas and ensure child safety protocols were followed. Digital compliance forms, checklists, and before-and-after photos were used throughout the job to meet Department of Education reporting standards.
The project highlighted IBAC’s capacity to coordinate trades efficiently in a live school environment while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and communication.
