We’re Not Going Anywhere, Just Growing With Purpose

You may have seen our recent expression of interest for our current office at 27 Konkerberry Drive and wondered, are we closing down?!

Absolutely not!

IBAC Plumbing & Trade Services is here to stay, and we’re more committed than ever to the East Kimberley. In fact, we’re expanding and it’s all part of a bigger vision for the future.

As our fleet grows and our services evolve, we knew it was time to create a headquarters that reflects who we are today and where we’re heading. That’s why we’ve begun works on our new premises at 1 Bandicoot Drive. It’s a bigger space with room to breathe, built to support our growing team, better operations, and a workplace culture we’re truly proud of.

We’ve also recently updated our business name to IBAC Plumbing and Trade Services, and you’ll soon start seeing our new branding roll out, from uniforms to vehicle signage. It's still the same team, same quality work, just with a fresh face to match our expanding capabilities.

We really want to take a moment to recognise the incredible people who make up the IBAC family. We’re incredibly lucky to have long-standing team members who’ve supported us through thick and thin. This new premises is for THE TEAM, another cornerstone for the IBAC crew to feel supported, professional, and proud of where they come to work every day.

Even as our own boys head off to high school in Perth, Kununurra is still home. It’s been a season of change and transformation within our own family, not always easy, but deeply important. We'll be splitting our time as needed to support both our boys and the business. Our vision is to keep strengthening the business here in the Kimberley, build our dream house on the Lake, while also creating something that one day, our kids might want to be part of too.

It’s always been important to us to give back to the community that’s given us so much. IBAC Plumbing & Trade Services proudly supports a wide range of local groups and events, including the Kimberley Moon Experience, Taste of the Kimberley, Ord River Magpies, Kununurra Netball Association, local day care centres, the Golf Club, Kununurra Motocross Club, and more.

It’s our way of saying thank you and doing our part to keep the Kimberley community thriving. We’re always open to new opportunities to lend a hand and support where we can.

So, to our clients, tradies, mates and extended IBAC family, thank you for your trust and support. We’re not stepping back. We’re stepping forward.
